Nakskov (Denmark)
 
A city in Southern Denmark. It is located on Denmark’s fourth largest island Lolland on the west coast of it. The city has 13,560 inhabitants (2011), known for tourists with its protected area - Nakskov fjord (Nakskov Fjord).

Willich (Germany)
 
Willich is a town in Germany. It is located close to Düsseldorf and about 30 kilometers from the border with the Netherlands. The city was founded in 1970 from a number of villages - Willich, Anrath, Schiefbahn and Neersen. Willich was first mentioned in chronicles 12th century.
Twinning agreement with the German city of Willich was signed in 2002, for the purpose of developing and maintaining the exchange of information between local authorities, such as urban development department, schools, kindergartens and so on.
 
 
Wiesenbach (Germany)
 
Twinning agreement with the German city of Wiesenbach was signed  in 2001,for the purpose of promoting information sharing with communal institutions of the urban development, setting an annual cooperative activities, as well as to support and encourage residents and various associations (especially youth) meeting.
 
 
Pincara (Italy)
 
Pincara - town and commune of Veneto region, NE Italy. Population - 1298 (2004). Area - 18km2. The town is situated 70 km from Venice.
Twinning agreement with the Italian city Pincara was signed in 2002, with the aim of strengthening the friendly relations between the sister cities.
 
 
 
Rovigo (Italy)
 
Rovigo is a town and commune of Veneto region, NE Italy. The city is located 80 km from Venice. Population - 52 206 (2009). Area - 108 km 2.
Twinning agreement with the Italian city of Rovigo was signed in 2011, with the aim of strengthening the existing friendly relations and promotes greater cooperation in economic, social, and cultural cooperation between young people and to promote exchanges between the two regions.
 
 
Pisek (Czech Republic)
 
Pisek is a city in the Czech Republic, South region. Area - 63.22 km 2. Population - 29 801 (2005).
Twinning agreement with the Czech town Pisek was signed in 2004, for the purpose of developing and strengthening friendly relations between the sister cities.
 
 
Pustomiti (Ukraine)
 
Pustomiti is a city in western Ukraine, near the border with Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.
Twinning agreement with the Ukrainian city Pustomiti was signed in 2005, for the purpose of developing and maintaining the exchange of information between local authorities, companies and departments, such as urban development department, schools, kindergartens, and in particular to encourage citizens and associations (especially youth) meeting.

La Laguna (Spain)
 
La Laguna - San Cristobal de La Laguna - the most important historic town on the island. The city was founded in the 1497. For hundreds of years, this city was the island's administrative - political, entertainment and cultural center. Here was the first educational institution to which the base of University of San Fernando developed. In a long time it was the only higher education place in the Canary Islands.
 
 
 
Lviv (Ukraine)
 
Twinning agreement with the Ukrainian city of Lvov was signed in the 2011, to promote cooperation in economy, education, culture, ecology, sports and tourism.
 
Porhov (Russia)
 
One of the oldest cities in the Pskov region. Today in Porhov are developed a relay, lime and cheese factories. Furniture production association "Porhov", flax processing factory and bakery plant.
Twinning agreement with the Russian city  of Porhovu wass signed in  the 2010, for the purpose of promoting cooperation in cultural and sports events, local government institutions work experience, direct connections between the Porhov Smiltene Regional economic operators, as well as to promote cooperation in the development and implementation of educational institutions.

Kalix (Sweden)
 
Kalix - town in northern Sweden near the Gulf of Bothnia. Population - 17 300 (2005). Name from the nomadic Sami tribes and means "cold river" (the cold river).
 
 
Karlstad (Sweden)
 
Karlstad - Värmland region's administrative center and largest city. The town is located south-west Sweden. Population - 84 885 (2010). Karlstad is a city where is a university and the cathedral. Sweden's longest river flows through Karlstad and flows into the largest lake in Sweden (Vänern).

Pāvilosta (Latvia) 
Pavilosta is a small Latvian town in the west near by the sea. Its history dates back to the port construction in Saka estuary. Pāvilosta won the city right only in 1991. Pāvilosta surrounding area is characterized by intact coastal landscapes. With natural coastal biotopes you can meet in a few minutes walk from the city center.
